Black Canyon Development ("we") is a real estate investment company based in Twin Falls, Idaho. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send us a property through the form on our home page, we receive what you enter:

• Your connection to the property (owner, agent, wholesaler or lead)
• The property address, roughly what's owed if you choose to share it, and any notes
• Your name, and your phone number, email address or both

We also receive the technical information every browser sends, such as your IP address. We use it only to block spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to review the property, to contact you about it, and, if we agree on a sale, to complete the purchase. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails or texts.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only when it's needed to complete a purchase you've agreed to, for example with a title company, a lender or an attorney, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn't load anything from other companies' servers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to evaluate the property and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, use the form on our home page and tell us what you'd like done. We'll take care of it.

Security

Everything you send through this website travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to what you send is limited to the people at Black Canyon Development who need it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
